How to Enable Google App Dark Mode (With Full APK Download)

With the recent upgrades in technology, the dark mode feature for apps is no longer something uncommon. Even whole mobile devices are now equipped with dark themes.

Enabling dark mode for apps makes the entire app interface cooler and gentler on the eyes. This is what made many top-class messaging apps take the new technology dark interface, including highly popular ones like Facebook Lite, Twitter and WhatsApp.

However, Google has been reluctant to make their Google App compatible with the highly popular dark mode. The dark mode is only compatible with the beta version of the app.

Although some users have gotten the dark mode of the Google app, stakes are very low that you’ll get it, as it is only released to selected beta testers.

In this article, I’m going to show you how you can download this beta version of the app and enable dark mode without any issues.

How to Get Google App Dark Mode APK

In order to get the dark mode functionality for your Google app, you’ll have to download the latest version of the Google app beta. As I have promised you an APK download at the beginning of this article, I’ll be providing a valid link to download the app at the end of this article.

However, you should download and install the Google app beta v10.4.3, which is currently the latest version of the app.

Once you do that, open the app. You notice that the app gives you a notification that you have enabled a dark theme on the app, and you can choose to turn it off in the settings.

You may not find this setting in your Google app, as this has not been rolled out to everyone, but you stand higher chances of getting the dark mode.

However, when you have this enabled, everything having to do with the Google app on your phone changes to dark grey. Your searches discover and the collections tab, everything becomes dark. It is really a cool experience, which you should experience.

When you have this enabled, it also darkens everything related to Google Assistant. The Explore and daily dashboard become dark, so you have to use your personal assistant in night mode at all times.

If you can activate this, you’d be left wondering why it has not been officially rolled out to all users, as it appears really ready with no stones left unturned.

As I promised, here is the LINK TO DOWNLOAD the Google App 10.4.3 with full support for dark mode.

Pray, download and hope you are amongst those favored by Google to test out the dark mode in the beta version of the application.

Thanks.
