FlowExtra Review; Is FlowExtra Legit or a Scam?

There’s no hiding from the reality, pay-to-read income programs are the new normal. Our forefathers have paid for the newspapers, it’s our turn to cashback from pay-to-read news sites.

To make this possible, a new platform has emerged, following the footsteps of its predecessors.

However, not all pay-to-read platforms genuinely pay you to read articles. While some pay directly into your bank, others pay into your online wallet and come up with all sorts of excuses as to why the money wasn’t paid.

We all know what happened to Inksnation.

To avoid an Inksnation-like experience, it is necessary to ask: “is FlowExtra Legit or a scam?”, before investing money, data, and time into the platform.

Without further ado, let’s quickly jump into this FlowExtra review, so you can decide if the platform is the perfect opportunity for you.

What is FlowExtra

FlowExtra is a daily news website that provides you with the latest gist as they happen. But for the purposes of this review, they’re just a website that pays you to read the news and leave random comments.

FlowExtra is not the first in this business, there are hundreds of other similar sites, many of which have been reviewed on this blog.

What makes FlowExtra different?

Is FlowExtra paying?

While I won’t be defaming or promoting FlowExtra, I will provide enough facts for you, so you can make an intelligible decision and determine if this income program is actually legitimate, or just designed to extort money from unsuspecting Nigerians.

How FlowExtra Works

Before dropping your money to register for any income program, you should have a deep understanding of how the program works. Knowing how it works involves having a deep knowledge of how to earn on FlowExtra.

Pay-to-read programs usually have similar compensation plans, and FlowExtra is no exception.

Here is a list of all activities that you get paid for doing on FlowExtra.

  1. Registration

Once you register for FlowExtra, you’re entitled to a bonus of NGN500. This is paid into your account immediately after your registration is successful. This has become a common factor amongst all modern income programs.

  1. Testimony Bonus

This is an earning which is quite unique and gaining momentum. You get a bonus of NGN200 when you post your alert testimony on the FlowExtra official Facebook group.

It’s quite a clever way to get new members, isn’t it?

They didn’t invent this however, we’ve seen it with the likes of TrendNews.

  1. Reading News

FlowExtra pays all members NGN5 for clicking through and reading any of the news articles on the website. FlowExtra posts several news articles per day, so you have the potential to make a pretty good amount of money by clicking through the various news articles on this website.

  1. Daily Login Bonus

Just like every other pay-to-read income program, FlowExtra offers a daily login bonus worth NGN50. If you’re unfamiliar with this, it means you get NGN50 daily, just for logging into the platform.

Imagine getting NGN50 for every single day you’ve logged into Facebook, that will be another story.

  1. Sharing sponsored posts

There’s always a sponsored post for every day. Sharing the sponsored post for the day to Facebook gets you NGN50.

To get the sponsored post for the day, you must be signed in to FlowExtra. When you’re signed in to your account, click on “DASHBOARD” and find “Sponsored Post.” Copy the text and image and paste it identically on your Facebook wall, and you’re good to go.

  1. Referral Bonus

When you refer a family or friend to this platform, you get 52% of their signup fee. At the moment FlowExtra’s signup fee is NGN2,500, which gets you NGN1,300 for everyone you refer to the platform.

Referrals are optional by the way, and you can withdraw your earnings anytime you please, with or without referrals. That’s FlowExtra’s promise, not mine.

That’s it about how to earn on FlowExtra. To someone experienced in the business, however, there’s nothing unique about the platform, except maybe the testimonial bonus.

How to register on FlowExtra

flowextra registration

Signing up for FlowExtra.com isn’t as straightforward as creating a Facebook or Twitter account. This is because you have to buy a coupon to access the registration page on the platform.

There are many coupon vendors listed on the website (including one for Ghana). To register for the platform, you must purchase a coupon from any of these vendors.

Open the registration page after purchasing your coupon, and enter your details correctly. Enter the coupon code when prompted. Check the mark to accept terms and conditions and click on the red “Register” button.

Voila, you’re done creating an account and you’re set to start earning.

And now to the part that everyone wants to see; ‘is FlowExtra a scam?”

As usual, The Tech Ninjas doesn’t just pronounce a program legitimate, or dubious. Read through this section carefully to spot the facts and make an intelligent decision that will help you make, or save money.

Here they are.

  1. Age

FlowExtra.com itself has been existing for more than 9 months. We are not sure when they launched or converted to an income program, but if it has been since inception, then the age is a terrific green flag for the platform.

  1. Management

There is no information about the founder, CEO, or creator of this platform. This is kind of dubious and is a quality found in income programs that crash at last.

This is a red flag.

  1. Physical address

We can’t find the physical location for the FlowExtra program. This is also a red flag, as there is no base for complaint if and when anything goes wrong.

If that sounds dubious to you, it sounds dubious to me too.

Conclusion | Is FlowExtra a scam?

FlowExtra is legit at the moment, but isn’t so convincing, in terms of sustainability.

Note that this doesn’t mean that I endorse them in any way, nor does it mean that I’m trying to defame the platform. You be the judge.

My only advice to you is this: “only invest what you can afford to lose.”
